About Us

Michael A. Trowbridge

Owner Michael A. Trowbridge Sr., a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice Land Surveying, has over 40 years experience in all facets of land surveying. He has performed many residential and commercial surveys, Land Court surveys and testified in Superior Court in cases regarding land title matters. He is also a Certified Soil Evaluator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Michael is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Massachusetts since 1992. Only a Professional Land Surveyor duly registered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (see 250 CMR) is legally permitted to perform land surveys in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
